We need your support

On behalf of the Bash in the Bog Committee and the Nantucket Conservation Foundation, we have made the difficult decision  to postpone the Bash in the Bog until 2021. Given the uncertainty of COVID-19, and as part of the broader community effort to support important health goals, we feel it is in the best interests of our supporters, staff, and the rest of the island community.

In this time of crisis, now more than ever, we understand the role of the open spaces to the well being of our beloved community. Rejuvenation can still be found on our properties as the days become warm, a place to walk or run quietly and feel the sense of connection to our community. Through the Bash in the Bog may be cancelled this year, our work as stewards and researchers of these properties continues.

Our summer fundraiser continues to be our biggest fundraising event of the year, raising 20% of our annual budget. Please consider a gift to the Foundation in lieu of the event this summer, to ensure the important work we do can continue during this difficult time. Your gift would be 100% tax deductible.
